Service level targets
Last updated: 29 September 2026
We run System1 Models on a best-effort basis. The numbers below are the targets we operate against and report on by email on request (info@productivity-boost.com) and, once live monitoring is connected, on the status page at system1models.ai/status. They are not a contractual guarantee and do not give rise to service credits (section 7 of the Terms). If you need a contractual SLA, write to info@productivity-boost.com.
| Target | EU tier | Global tier |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly availability of the API | 99.5 % | 99.0 % (lower priority; requests may be queued or rejected with a retryable error when EU capacity is busy) |
| Latency | Measured p50 and p95 per model provided on request; published on the status page once live monitoring is connected | Same |
| Planned maintenance | Announced at least 48 hours in advance by email to the contact address of affected accounts; outside 08:00–20:00 CET where possible | Same |
Availability is the share of minutes in a calendar month in which our external probes receive a correct answer from the API, excluding announced maintenance, failures caused by the customer (for example invalid requests, exhausted balance, exceeded rate limits) and force majeure.
